Venezuela participated with passion and commitment in Expo 2020 Dubai.

A cozy pavilion of 1.000 square meters, offered to visitors to the desertic country the opportunity to immerse themselves in the magnificent human, geographical and cultural heritage of one of the seventeen megadiverse countries on the planet.

A total of 773,815 people visited the Venezuela Pavilion during the 182 days of Expo 2020 Dubai. A considerable figure, considering that it was the first mass event open to the public since the beginning of the pandemic.

Venezuela reiterates its commitment to the values and principles set out in the Convention on International Exhibitions, which regulates the functioning of the International Exhibitions Bureau (BIE). Venezuela, open to the future.

The theme of the Venezuela pavilion, “an honorable heritage, a promising future” pays tribute at the same time to the Venezuelan indigenous cultures and the legacy of the great Venezuelan masters of kinetic art, including the exhibition of an original work by the artist Juvenal Ravelo, the last living exponent of this manifestation.
